Private coaching is the best way for me to guide you to meet your goals as soon and as efficiently as possible.
Private coaching can include either competition prep for strength athletes or strength and conditioning programs:
- Strength Training - Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman, Bodybuilding training. Can involve peaking for a competition, or a program for a hobbyist
- Sport Strength & Conditioning - A strength and conditioning program based on a variety of sports, including combat sports and field sports.
With private coaching, you will get all of the following:
- Fully Customized Training Program: You will be given a program depending on the time frame of coaching you select (see below) which will includes every rep, set and scheme you can think of! An additional benefit is that small adjustments can be made to the program as you progress, which is an overlooked yet highly valuable aspect of long-term training!
- Twice A Week Check-Ins: At the start and end of each training week, we can chat together about how training is going, and if any adjustments need to be made based on life factors etc. We also discuss tips and cues that can be used to improve performance in the subsequent training sessions.
- Form Checks: Lifting technique is monitored on a weekly basis with recommendations for improvement made as needed. I clearly break down any form inefficiencies and provide clear cut goals for us to work towards, as well as offer a variety of mental cues to help expedite the improvement process.
- 24/7 Text Access: Clients are free to text me any question, curiosities or concerns about their training program or training in general and I will respond ASAP! I prefer WhatsApp, Telegram or email for communication purposes.

These custom training programs are catered towards YOUR goals. Whether that be sprinting, vertical jumping, general strength, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, sports performance or conditioning work, these programs are GUARANTEED to provide results.
IN FACT, I'm so confident in my ability to write damn epic programs that if my program does not give you results, I will not charge you ANYTHING!
The custom training program will include:
- A comprehensive mesocycle up to 16 weeks.
- Individualized workouts including exercise substitutions/rotations, progression methods and performance notes
- A periodization model specific to the work included
- Individualized warm-up and mobility protocols
- Diet and lifestyle advice based on your situation
- Additional program notes
Custom training programs can cater to:
