These custom training programs are catered towards YOUR goals. Whether that be sprinting, vertical jumping, general strength, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, sports performance or conditioning work, these programs are GUARANTEED to provide results.

IN FACT, I'm so confident in my ability to write damn epic programs that if my program does not give you results, I will not charge you ANYTHING!


The custom training program will include:

  • A comprehensive mesocycle up to 16 weeks.
  • Individualized workouts including exercise substitutions/rotations, progression methods and performance notes
  • A periodization model specific to the work included
  • Individualized warm-up and mobility protocols
  • Diet and lifestyle advice based on your situation
  • Additional program notes
